Ukrainian lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan informed that it is impossible for citizens who are not registered with the military to undergo the military-medical commission in another territorial recruitment center. They need to either contact their TCC or register at another center.

Ukraine continues the process of general mobilization after the introduction of martial law throughout the country. An important part of mobilization is passing the military-medical commission.
A citizen contacted lawyers and asked whether they could pass the military-medical commission at another TCC without changing their military registration location.
Is it possible to pass VLK not at your own TCC
Yuriy Aivazyan explained that it is impossible to undergo the military-medical commission in another TCC without being registered for military service. Therefore, to pass VLK, one must contact their own TCC.
At the same time, the lawyer noted that currently this possibility is not provided by law.
Also, an important piece of information is the issue of passing VLK with an expired referral and the deadlines for undergoing this commission.
The statement from lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan confirms that citizens who want to undergo the military-medical commission at another territorial recruitment center must first register for military service or contact their TCC.
