Head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation of NSDC, Andriy Kovalenko, stated that Russian information operations in Ukraine are aimed at discrediting mobilization and delegitimizing the Ukrainian government in the West. The main theme of these operations is the discrediting of mobilization and the opposition of civilians to military personnel. A narrative is spreading in the West that the Ukrainian government is not aiming for peace and is undermining the ceasefire. The main task of Russian propaganda is the delegitimization of Ukraine. Kovalenko emphasized that thanks to effective counteraction to disinformation within the country and cooperation with foreign information sources, Russian operations do not yield the desired results. However, one of the successful 'fakes' of Russian propaganda is the increase in cases of shortcomings in the work of the Crisis Response Center. Kovalenko also expressed the need for reforms in this direction and the information protection of the updated structure. He noted that Kremlin officials continue to disseminate narratives about a rift between the USA and Europe, favoring the continuation of the war in Ukraine and supporting the 'rehabilitation of Nazism'. Portraying the Ukrainian government as neo-Nazi.
