Member of the Dnipropetrovsk MSKE bought an apartment, a plot of land, and a house in one day.

Therapist and rehabilitation specialist Natalia Nosova submitted a declaration following her dismissal from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSKE). In it, the doctor indicated the purchase of several real estate properties and a car in 2024. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the declaration registry.

In just one day, on January 29, 2024, Nosova became the owner of an apartment with an area of 63.4 sq. m, a land plot measuring three hundredths, and a residential house with an area of 136.9 sq. m in Dnipro. The price is only specified for the new apartment - 543.3 thousand UAH.

Interestingly, the day before, the doctor disposed of an apartment she had owned since 2014. Its cost and area, according to the previous declaration, completely coincided with those of the acquired housing in 2024.

From last year's purchases, the doctor got a passenger car Mazda CX-5 from 2018. It was bought just a week after acquiring new real estate. The cost of the car is not specified in the declaration, but the market price for such a model ranges from 700 thousand UAH to 1 million UAH. Three years before the 'Mazda,' Nosova purchased a Subaru Forester from 2018. Back then, this car cost her only 70 thousand UAH. However, the current market price is approximately ten times higher.

For nearly a full year, the former MSKE member earned 228.7 thousand UAH in salary and 100.2 thousand UAH in pension.

Nosova has 600 thousand UAH in her bank accounts. Additionally, the doctor keeps 150 thousand UAH in cash, $25 thousand, and 5 thousand euros.

Earlier, 'Glavkom' reported that a member of the military-medical commission (VLC) at the Central City Hospital of Kropyvnytskyi City Council, Dmytro Holodok, submitted a declaration due to his dismissal. In it, the doctor indicated that his son, who works at the university and receives a modest salary, purchased an apartment for 1.73 million UAH.

Furthermore, otolaryngologist Olena Vladymirova, who is part of the VLC of the Galician-Frankivsk TCC of Lviv, indicated in her annual declaration that her husband received an apartment and a garage for only 2 UAH. At 'Glavkom's' request, the doctor explained how this is possible.

Apartment for 1.9 million UAH in Kharkiv

Moreover, psychiatrist Yulia Sitенко from the Kharkiv Regional MSKE purchased an apartment with an area of 77.8 sq. m in Kharkiv for 1.9 million UAH in 2024. Apparently, significant monetary gifts from her husband's parents, Volodymyr and Zoya Shkod, as well as from citizen Natalia Chugai, who, judging by the psychiatrist's Facebook page, is her mother, helped her acquire the housing. In total, these three gifted the doctor 1.7 million UAH. Additionally, a week before the purchase of the apartment, Sitенко took out a loan for 200 thousand UAH.
