Experts created the Healthy Cities Index, which identifies cities that care most about the health and well-being of their residents. The ranking was compiled for two categories - cities with a population of more and less than 300 thousand.
According to the index of the healthiest cities with a population of less than 300 thousand, Sopot, Gdynia, Rzeszów, Białystok, Świnoujście, Rybnik, Kołobrzeg, Olsztyn, Piotrków Trybunalski, and Krosno were selected.
Among large cities, the healthiest was Poznań, followed by Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Lublin, Wrocław, Łódź, Szczecin, and Bydgoszcz.
The average salary in Polish enterprises reached a record 9055.92 PLN (95.9 thousand UAH) in March 2025.
