According to Korrespondent.net: Lexus has announced the expansion of its electric crossover lineup by presenting the new flagship model RZ 600e F Sport Performance. This new model has become the most powerful version in the lineup thanks to its aggressive design with extensive use of carbon and significant updates to the powertrain.

Power and Specifications

While the previous model Lexus RZ 550e F Sport is equipped with two electric motors with a total power of 408 hp, the new 600e version features electric motors, each generating 227 hp and 268 Nm. The total system power is 425.5 hp, allowing the crossover to accelerate to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. The battery remains at 77 kWh, with a range of up to 525 kilometers.

Design Updates and Technical Specifications

In addition to an upgraded powertrain, the Lexus RZ 600e F Sport Performance features a new suspension with a 20-millimeter lower ground clearance. The car is equipped with 21-inch Enkei wheels and upgraded brakes with six-piston calipers.

For this modification, an exclusive carbon body kit has been created, which includes splitters, decorative trims, and two rear spoilers. The roof is made of carbon fiber. The body kit visually resembles the design of the RZ 450e F Sport Performance model presented last year, but for the 600e it is unique and features signature blue accents.

Inside, the main changes include special trims and new front seats with sporty padding, emphasizing the sporty character of the electric crossover.

Sales Start

Sales of the new version of the electric crossover in Japan will begin on March 2, with prices starting at approximately $78,100.

It should be noted that earlier reports mentioned the transformation of Lexus's flagship sedan LS into a six-wheeled minivan. These changes emphasize the company's strategic focus on electrification and the creation of innovative models that meet modern automotive market demands.
