According to inkorr.com: Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko announced the deficit of external financing for the state budget for 2026 during the YES conference 'How do we end the war'. The total amount is 16 billion euros.
Marchenko emphasized the need to increase financing, as the military conflict continues, and called for active dialogue with international partners regarding financial support for the next year.

During the conference, the Minister also stressed the importance of finding effective solutions for financial planning in the future, particularly through cooperation with international partners.
