The state is looking for a specialist to oversee the construction of a military cemetery. Fee announced.

The state institution "National Military Memorial Cemetery" rejected the proposal of entrepreneur Valery Schumacher, who participated in the tender for technical supervision of the first phase of the military cemetery construction. This was reported in the material from "Glavkom".
The procurement cost amounted to 23.63 million UAH, but two companies claimed discriminatory procurement conditions. However, the Anti-Monopoly Committee did not find anything wrong with the client's requirements and did not satisfy the complaint of the company "V.S. Engineering".
Only one participant registered for the tender for technical supervision - Valery Schumacher, who offered a service cost of 17.72 million UAH. However, the client required proof of experience in similar projects, and Schumacher could not provide them. His proposal was rejected.
Currently, the construction of the first phase of the military cemetery is ongoing, which will be completed by the end of 2025. The first burials at the cemetery will appear this fall. In total, about 12 thousand graves and 720 columbarium niches will be allocated at the cemetery.
The "Building Ua" consortium won the tender for the construction of the cemetery with a bid of 1.75 billion UAH, which is 41.96 million UAH less than the expected price.
