Mariana was also closely watching her husband's speech at the conference.
Recall that this is the first public appearance of Budanova's wife after it became known on November 28, 2023, that she was poisoned with heavy metals. The substances found in Mariana's body, according to intelligence, 'are not used in everyday life and military affairs' and include mercury and arsenic. Meanwhile, Kyrylo Budanov showed no symptoms. The case was classified as attempted murder. It is assumed that Budanov was 'most likely poisoned through food'. Currently, she has completed her treatment course.
Note that Kyrylo Budanov's wife – Mariana – is a psychologist by profession. At the same time, it is known that she ran for a deputy position in the Kyiv City Council and for some time was an advisor to Vitali Klitschko on issues of detecting and preventing corruption in youth policy and sports.
Earlier, 'Glavkom' reported on the life path and poisoning of the third president of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko. The day before, the Ukrainian politician celebrated his 71st birthday.
