Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk's transgender daughter, has filed a lawsuit against her father, accusing him of using in vitro fertilization to determine her gender. She claims that her gender was 'bought and paid for' at birth and she refuses to be a product that was 'purchased'.

«My gender at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for. Therefore, when I became transgender, I rebelled against this 'product' that was sold. Can it be considered legitimate to expect masculinity, against which I had to struggle my entire adult life?» - Vivian wrote on social media Threads.

Elon Musk is the father of two twin sons from a previous marriage - Griffin and Xavier. However, after the divorce, he changed his life and began a relationship with another woman named Talulah Riley. Xavier underwent gender transition, changing his gender and name to Vivian Jenna Wilson, and cut ties with his biological father.

In April 2023, Elon Musk expressed support for lifelong imprisonment for those who allow gender changes for minors. He stated that any parent or doctor who sterilizes a child before they reach adulthood should be imprisoned for the rest of their life.

«Any parent or doctor who sterilizes a child before they become an adult and can make decisions for themselves should serve in prison for the rest of their life» - Musk wrote.

Earlier, American writer and blogger Ashley St. Clair went to court to recognize Elon Musk as the father of her child. If the court accepts her claim, this will be Musk's 13th child.
