Economic mobilization reservation 'cancelled': MP named the reason.
Bogdan Kitsak: The economic reservation will not be introduced due to the negative public reaction
People's Deputy Bogdan Kitsak said that the economic reservation from mobilization will not be introduced due to the negative public reaction.
He announced this on the air of Den.LIVE.
According to the MP, the state budget for 2025 plans to attract almost $39 billion, for which agreements have already been reached with international partners.
Kitsak also talked about the application of the 'Danish model' in the production of Ukrainian weapons, where international partners finance the production of armaments, which immediately goes to the front lines of Ukrainian units.
Rustem Umeryov: Mobilization extension is needed in 2025
At the same time, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umeryov emphasized the need to extend mobilization in 2025 to ensure the defense of the country. According to him, the issue of reservation is coordinated jointly with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and other ministries.
'We are trying to change the paradigm so that serving is an honor, not what society perceives now. That is, 'bureaucratization,' TSK, 'very bad,' and so on,' Umeryov noted.
The minister added that the department is open to cooperation with businesses regarding reservation, and companies can apply and justify the need for reservation of their employees.
