According to Novyny.live: At a hearing of the Temporary Investigative Commission (TIC) in Kyiv on January 15, former Energy Minister Svitlana Grinchuk addressed the protection of Ukraine's critical energy infrastructure. Grinchuk emphasized the significance of the commission's report, which provides a detailed analysis of the measures taken to safeguard these vital assets. This comes at a time when Ukraine's energy grid remains a primary target for attacks.
Information presented at the hearing indicated that a number of facilities belonging to Energoatom and Ukrenergo were successfully defended. Grinchuk stated:
“There is an excellent report from the Temporary Investigative Commission. Read it, look at it; it clearly indicates where the successes are.” - Svitlana Grinchuk
The former minister also highlighted her role in overseeing the implementation of policy formulated by her ministry:
