On September 10, in Shargorod, located in the Zhmerynka district of the Vinnytsia region, the bodies of two teenagers with stab wounds were found. The police of Vinnytsia detained a 23-year-old former teacher suspected of the brutal murder of the schoolchildren. The perpetrator attacked the students as they were heading to the lyceum.
