European Commissioner for Defense Andrius Kubilius claims that within five years or even less, Russia may be preparing to attack one or several EU countries.
According to intelligence, Russia intends to test Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty by 2030, reports Polish Radio.
'In five years or even less, Russia could be ready and capable of attacking one or several countries of the European Union.
