The US President Held a Video Conference with EU Leaders and Zelensky
Donald Trump held a video conference on August 13 with the leaders of the European Union and Volodymyr Zelensky. After the conversation, Europe, America and NATO reaffirmed their support for Ukraine.

Von der Leyen described the conversation with Trump as 'very productive' and emphasized the readiness to work together to achieve a fair and lasting peace.
During the virtual meeting, they discussed the upcoming negotiations between Trump and Putin scheduled for August 15 in Alaska, according to her.
'Today, Europe, the US, and NATO have confirmed their unified position on Ukraine. We will continue close cooperation. No one needs peace more than we do, a just and lasting peace,' emphasized the President of the European Commission.
It should be noted that Trump and Zelensky plan to talk after the negotiations in Alaska and have agreed to a long-term trilateral meeting.
In addition, the Ukrainian president reported that Trump is ready to provide security guarantees to Ukraine.
During the video conference of the leaders of the EU, the US, and Ukraine, their joint support for Ukraine and readiness to cooperate to achieve a fair and lasting peace was confirmed.
