According to The Sun: Famous French rugby player found himself at the center of a scandal after a video showed him seemingly lifting the skirt of an influencer while sitting underneath her.

23-year-old Charlina Prado was dancing on a table at a bar in southwestern France when former rugby player and TV host Richard Durt lifted her skirt. The incident took place during the Féria de Dax festival and has already been viewed more than a million times.

Charlina, dressed in a traditional red-and-white outfit, initially continued to dance but later decided to punish the man for his behavior. After the incident, she posted a video with comments: “You just want to enjoy, but again it's impossible because of… men” and “Hope your wife sees this, you fat pig. So tired of stopping because of you, I’m not keeping quiet about anything.”

After the video was published, Prado expressed her emotional distress over the “harassment” she experienced. She filed a complaint against Durt for “sexist behavior,” who in response filed a defamation complaint through his lawyer.

“Mr. Richard Durt acknowledges that he should not have touched the girl’s skirt while she was dancing on the bar. He immediately apologized to the young woman. However, this behavior does not justify distorting facts to create a 'noise'.

Durt's lawyer, Arnaud Dupin, emphasized: “Richard Durt regrets becoming the target of a media campaign organized by the influencer, who did not hesitate to involve genuine defamatory misinformation against him.”

In response to the criticism, Prado through her lawyer stated that Durt's actions are “desperate and grotesque.” She confirmed that she is ready to fight for her right to protection.

“My client is not vulnerable at all; the facts that she denounces have been proven, and her words only confirm what is visible in the unaltered video,” she emphasized.
