The CEO of 'Ukrposhta' told how many summonses have already been delivered.
Ukrposhta delivered 20 thousand summonses to conscripted citizens
According to the CEO of "Ukrposhta" Igor Smelyansky, the company has already delivered 20 thousand summonses to conscripted citizens from territorial recruitment and social support centers, as he told in an interview to "Ukrainian Radio".
These letters do not differ from court summonses, documents, or notifications of fines for traffic violations, noted Smelyansky.
According to him, the quality of delivery corresponds to the quality of the address indicated in the "Reserve+" or "Oberig" system. The only exception is conscripted individuals from Melitopol, who cannot receive a summons in their hometown. However, "Ukrposhta" hopes that thanks to the Armed Forces, it will be able to do this sooner or later.
Smelyansky assured that the personal data of the recipients is protected, and the delivery process is monitored and controlled.
Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers approved new changes to the rules for providing postal service, which regulate the procedure for delivering and handing over summonses. According to government decree No. 1147, registered letters marked "Summons TCC" are delivered to the addressee personally. In case of the absence of the addressee at the place of residence, the notification is left in the mailbox or informed by phone.
