The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) regularly checks the declarations and assets of military commissars and members of VLK. In an interview, NACP head Viktor Pavlushchyk spoke about the most high-profile cases.
For example, the head of Dnipropetrovsk OTCC and SP OK «East» was handed a suspicion for failing to declare a car, an apartment, and his wife's income in the form of a gift amounting to 6.2 million UAH. Additionally, the father and father-in-law of the declarant acquired apartments and cars worth 5.6 million UAH.

Also, Odessa TCC deputy head Denis Galushko found signs of illegal enrichment totaling over 14 million UAH. His close associates also own an expensive car fleet and real estate.
NACP found that the head of the Malinovskyi district TCC in Odessa, Vyacheslav Kushnerov, enriched himself by nearly 47 million UAH. His family owned real estate and a car fleet, which he could not explain the origin of the funds for.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional TCC, Anatoliy Pikal, also enriched himself by 8.5 million UAH. His father and wife, who acquired property with unidentified source funds, were also involved in this case.
