Odesa August 13: No power outages expected – what is known.
The situation in the country's energy system is still unstable after the attack from the Russian Federation. Recovery takes time. However, it is important that tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13, no electricity supply restrictions are planned in Odesa.
This conclusion can be drawn since neither DTEK nor Ukrenergo have warned about restrictions.
Electricity consumption has decreased
Electricity consumption shows a downward trend. Today, August 12, as of 9:30 AM, it was 5.1% lower than at the same time the previous day – on Monday. This is due to clear weather across Ukraine, leading to increased efficiency of household solar power plants and a corresponding reduction in electricity consumption from the grid.
Where to find schedule information
If outages do occur, energy workers will provide advance warning. You can check which group your house belongs to on the website of the local distribution system operator. DTEK urges residents of the Odesa region to be prudent regarding restrictions, reduce electricity consumption while power is available to avoid system overloads.
How to find out the restoration time for electricity
You can find out the restoration time for electricity supply through:
- DTEK Odesa Electric Networks website (section 'No electricity?');
- Telegram chatbot;
- private messages on Facebook;
- submitting a request on the DTEK website.
Recently, we talked about electricity prices in August and service tariffs for residents of Odesa.
Current information about the state of Ukraine's energy system indicates a trend towards decreased electricity consumption due to clear weather and the high efficiency of solar power plants. Residents of the Odesa region are urged to stay informed about possible restrictions and carefully plan their electricity supply.Read also
