Humanitarian situation in Kursk region: UN responded to Ukraine's request.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry appealed to the UN to come to the Ukraine-controlled territory of Kursk region for humanitarian response. However, this requires permission from Russia. This was reported by Voice of America.
UN spokesman Stéphane Dujarric commented on the Foreign Ministry's invitation, but representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross have not yet responded.
Recall that Ukraine adheres to its international obligations to protect civilians during hostilities in the Kursk region. In particular, it ensures effective control of certain areas of the territory.
Information about encircled Russian troops
According to DeepState analysts, Russian troops in the village of Kremyane in Kursk region have been encircled since the start of the Kursk operation. Groups regularly attempt to break through to them with ammunition and food.
UAF offensive and Russia's reaction
According to the Financial Times, the Russian Federation has already dispatched 38,000 personnel, including assault brigades, to repel the UAF offensive in Kursk region. However, the counterattack has so far not been large-scale.
