Former NATO Commander Explains How World War III Begins: Scenario in 5 Days.
Warning of Possible War Outbreak
According to The Sun: Former NATO Commander General Sir Richard Shirreff expressed the view that a widespread power outage in Lithuania could trigger a global conflict that could change the balance of power worldwide.
He presented a step-by-step scenario where the collapse of stability could begin in Vilnius, where a massive power outage would lead to chaos.
Associated PressThe General noted: “In the city, basic services will be shut down. When hospitals switch to emergency generators and banks halt trading, panic will increase.
“A wave of looting and public unrest will unexpectedly shake public order in Lithuania.”
He also reminded that the power outage could affect Latvia and Estonia as well. As a result, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda would declare a state of emergency in the capital.
Without hesitation, the next day Vladimir Putin will announce the increase of troop readiness in the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, which is located on the border with Lithuania. Putin will intensify his statements about the need to protect the Russian-speaking population in Vilnius.

The scenario is based on the possibility that Russia could exploit the uncertainty in Lithuania to carry out an attack.
Consequences and Global Changes
General Shirreff noted that this could force NATO to intensify its collective defense measures.
He also pointed out that a new aggression from China towards Taiwan could arise due to the situation in Lithuania.
“Chinese missile positions will begin an unprecedented bombardment of Taiwan, targeting military facilities.”
All these events could significantly change the balance of power in the world within a few days.
“China will get what it wants, Russia will confirm its control over Ukraine and begin restoring power over the Baltic states. NATO will suffer significant losses.”

Lithuania's Readiness
Against undeniable threats, Lithuania is actively strengthening its defense capabilities. The country is training reserve units and developing strategies to combat potential Russian aggression.
