On Kolomoisky's Case: The Court Announced the Disclosure of NABU's Working Methods.
According to ТСН: On December 23 at 1:00 PM and December 25 at 12:00 PM, a regular hearing in the case of businessman Igor Kolomoisky will take place at the High Anti-Corruption Court, chaired by Judge Voronko V.D.
This was reported by his lawyer Alexander Lysak.
During the hearing, the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine's request to establish deadlines for Igor Kolomoisky to familiarize himself with the materials of the criminal case being investigated by NABU under the procedural guidance of SAP.
“In this regard, Igor Valeriyovych announces an interesting court hearing, during which, among other things, information about the approaches and methods of work of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will be presented. Moreover, Igor Valeriyovych will be ready to answer questions, without violating discipline, exclusively during breaks in the hearings, and assures the interest of this court process,” said the businessman's lawyer Alexander Lysak.
It is worth noting that Igor Kolomoisky's pre-trial restriction — detention, was extended on December 11. He has been behind bars for over two years.
Furthermore, Kolomoisky called the conduct of elections during wartime a “catastrophe” and shared details of an attempt on Timur Mindich's life in Israel.
Thus, the upcoming hearings in Kolomoisky's case promise to be significant, as key issues concerning his case and the activities of anti-corruption agencies will be considered. The situation surrounding the former oligarch remains in the public eye, and future events may influence the development of the case in the context of Ukraine's anti-corruption policy.
