The Supreme National Security Council of Iran confirmed the attack on Qatar and expressed readiness to de-escalate tensions in the conflict. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps referred to the Al-Udeid base as a strategic asset of America's 'terrorist army' in the region.
President Trump, along with his national security team, discussed the situation resulting from Iran's attack. The US, the UK, and China are advising their citizens in Qatar to remain sheltered as a safety measure. Oil prices in the US dropped by over 4% following these events, indicating serious tensions due to the conflict.
