The story of 'Morshynska' continues: ARMA is looking for a new manager.
ARMA is not cooperating with LLC 'Carpathian Mineral Waters' regarding the management of 'Morshynska' assets due to a violation of contractual conditions. The breach of contract occurred because the manager refused to comply with the conditions due to legislative restrictions that required coordination of actions with the asset owner who is under sanctions. The process was delayed due to the complex procedure for obtaining a concentration permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
ARMA is preparing the relevant documents to announce a new competition for selecting an appraiser of the arrested asset and a new asset manager. I once again urge the people's deputies of Ukraine to adopt law No. 10069 regarding the unblocking of the management of corporate rights, " stated Duma.
In November 2022, ARMA won the competition to manage the arrested assets of IDS Ukraine. The European Union imposed sanctions against Friedman back in 2022, which included the freezing of his assets and a ban on entering EU countries.
