According to UATV: On July 23, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held phone conversations with several European officials. The discussions centered on the situation in the Black Sea, continued support for Ukraine, and the country's path toward European integration. Participants in the call included:

• Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide,
• Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi.

Among the main issues raised were Black Sea security, air defense capabilities, and the export of Ukrainian grain. Sybiha stressed the need to work closely with allies to strengthen alternative logistics routes for grain shipments, stating:
