Katsurin and Ptushkin launched a food travel show about Kyiv: what they showed in the first episode.
Ukrainian restaurateur Mykhailo Katsurin and travel blogger Anton Ptushkin have created a food travel show together, where they share their impressions from travels and restaurants, showcasing culture through cuisine. So far, they are sharing impressions from Kyiv.
'I have always dreamed of telling about Kyiv, as it is an incredibly gastronomic place of world level for me. We live here and got used to it, but often do not notice all the beauty. Even in this episode, I could not convey even 10% of what I wanted, because the city is so rich with interesting places. I created a separate guide with my favorite spots,' Katsurin said.
New episode about Kyiv cuisine
In their latest episode, Myshko and Anton talk about shawarma, syrniki, Kyiv-style cutlets, and other dishes of the capital.
'This is the first episode I did entirely in Ukrainian. I felt like a high school student in evening school due to a limited vocabulary. I was stammering and struggling to formulate my thoughts. But I am learning,' Katsurin added.
Travel blogger Ptushkin has been banned from entering Russia for 50 years
The Ukrainian restaurateur and travel blogger joined forces to share their impressions from travels and culinary discoveries, especially in Kyiv. They have already managed to present the first episodes of the show, where they not only share dishes but also their favorite places in the capital, showing viewers Kyiv from a new perspective.
