EU foreign ministers discuss lifting sanctions on Syria
The head of the European Union stated that EU foreign ministers will meet at the end of January to discuss the issue of lifting sanctions on Syria.
These words were spoken on the way to Riyadh, where a regional conference on Syria will take place.
It should be noted that this conference comes a few weeks after the ousting of the former Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
Thus, Kallas announced that ministers will meet in Brussels to discuss lifting sanctions on Syria.
'We will work to ensure that we can actually make a decision on this issue by then', she said.
