In the last day, the enemy conducted eleven airstrikes using 22 guided air bombs, approximately 648 kamikaze drone strikes, and carried out 4000 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas with various types of weapons.

News from the war in Ukraine

In total, since the beginning of the last day, 150 combat clashes have been recorded. Ukrainian defenders continue to actively restrain the enemy's opposition and inflict fire damage on them. This information is provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Latest front-line news

The situation in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions remains the most tense. The enemy is also active in the Kupiansk and Vremivsky directions.

In the Kharkiv direction

Near Vovchansk and Tyhyy, the enemy conducted five attacks, one of which continues to this day. The enemy lost 77 servicemen killed and wounded in this direction.

In the Kupiansk direction

The enemy tried to advance to our positions near Kolisnykivka, Zahryzove, Zeleny Hay, and Kruhlyakivka 17 times. All attacks were repelled by the Defense Forces.

In the Lyman direction

The enemy conducted four attacks in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoehorivka, and Torsk. Our troops stopped all enemy assaults. Also, the occupiers' aviation struck with aerial bombs on Ivanivka and Torsk.

In the Toretsk direction

With the support of aviation, the enemy attacked our positions six times. All attacks were repelled by Ukrainian troops.

In the Pokrovsk direction

The enemy attempted to break through our defenses near the populated areas of Myrolyubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenke, Zhovte, and Chumatske 35 times. Our units repelled 26 attacks, battles continue, and enemy losses are being clarified.

In the Kurakhiv direction

The enemy conducted 36 attacks on our positions. The most attacks occurred in the area of Sontsivka, Berestkiv, Kurakhove, Dalniy, Yelyzavetivka, Antonivka, and Hanivka, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 attacks. Six battles are still ongoing.

In the Vremiv direction

Ukrainian troops repelled 14 attacks near Trudovoye, Kostyantynopol, Rozliv, Rozdolne, Sukhi Yalovi, and Novodarivka. Four more battles are ongoing.

In the Dnipro direction

The enemy continues attempts to dislodge our positions. Six unsuccessful assaults on the positions of Ukrainian troops were conducted.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue operations in the Kursk region. 16 enemy attacks were repelled. The battles continue.

In other directions, there have been no significant changes in the situation.

The General Staff recorded the contribution of the soldiers of the 38th separate marine brigade, the 100th separate mechanized brigade, the 14th operational designation brigade named after Ivan Bohun of the National Guard of Ukraine, and the 126th separate brigade of the current defense forces. They are restraining the attacks of the superior enemy forces and inflicting significant losses on them in challenging conditions.
