The heating season in Kyiv is ending due to stable warming and gas conservation
According to the capital's mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, starting from March 24, residential buildings will begin to be disconnected from the heating supply system. This decision was made based on the meteorologists' forecast of stabilizing weather conditions and the need for rational gas use.
Social facilities such as hospitals, kindergartens, and schools will remain connected to the heating system on an individual basis upon requests from the heads of these institutions.
