He claims that Budanov is a true intelligence officer among others because of his simplicity and accessibility to people.
Answering the question about Budanov's style of behavior, Viking said: "Such a person is maximally people's and understandable"
Shkirkov added that the chief intelligence officer is very reserved and listens more than he speaks. "The person knows the value of his words", said the military.
We remind you that Budanov led the mission to liberate the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant, where an unnoticed concentration of Ukrainian forces and resources was conducted.
In addition, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate also received a commendation for his contribution to the fight against Russian invaders during the war.
Recently, a photo appeared online showing Budanov in a supermarket with a shopping cart, causing rumors about his possible dismissal from the position of head of the GUR. Although this information has not been officially confirmed yet.
The press service of the Armed Forces reported that after the release of the plant, Budanov continued inspecting the combat positions of the GUR special units in the Kharkiv region.
Note that information about Budanov's possible appointment to the position of President of Ukraine with the support of the CIA was refuted by Ukrainian journalists.
In addition, according to Budanov, Ukrainian drone systems, which are being developed by specialists, are already capable of striking targets in Russia at a distance of up to 1800 km.
