According to lawyer Tetyana Honcharyuk, as of February 10, 2025, Denys Komarnytsky has not received any procedural documents or summons in the criminal proceedings, as reported by the NABU and SAP.

The lawyer emphasized that the NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors had not contacted her client regarding the criminal proceedings, and he has not been put on the wanted list.

Tetyana Honcharyuk is participating in investigative and procedural actions in the proceedings dated № ….154 of February 6, 2025. She has contacted detective Volodymyr Urazovsky several times regarding the detention or summons of Komarnytsky to NABU or SAP, referring to posts in Telegram channels. Urazovsky confirmed that the lawyer's powers are attached to the materials of the criminal proceedings at NABU, and she will be notified of any summons or procedural actions regarding Komarnytsky.

Currently, Tetyana Honcharyuk has not received such notifications from NABU.

New information about receiving a summons

On June 10, 2025, after 5:00 PM, the lawyer received a response from NABU stating that a notification and summons had been sent to Komarnytsky at his place of residence. The letter also indicated that the lawyer should suggest to Komarnytsky to come to NABU for procedural actions involving him. At the same Time, a press conference was previously held by NABU management, noting that Komarnytsky is wanted without his summons to law enforcement agencies and without him being given procedural documents. Thus, NABU management is recording procedural violations and the subjectivity of detectives in this criminal proceeding.
