Ukrainian military personnel who have not taken their vacation are eligible for a monetary compensation, even if they are discharged from the army. According to the new law, they have the right to compensation for unused basic, additional, or social vacations.Legal experts from the Goncharenko Legal Center explained that this law has simplified the procedure for compensation payment, which previously could require a court ruling.
