Conflict around Art Ukraine Gallery: Pyshna files a lawsuit against Zabolotna.
A lawsuit has been filed against Zabolotna for the protection of business reputation
Ludmyla Pyshna, head of the public organization 'Feel', is filing a lawsuit against Natalia Zabolotna to protect her reputation and refute defamatory accusations. Pyshna announced this in her official statement on Facebook.
«Zabolotna continues her speculations on my family's name and adds false assumptions about the improper use of funds and commissioned campaigns in the media to her deceitful accusations of raiding. Therefore, I decided to exercise my legal right to judicial protection of my business reputation», - said Pyshna.
Pyshna claims that Zabolotna is participating in a commissioned campaign against her husband, head of the NBU Andriy Pyshny.
«False accusations, constant changes in emphasis in her statements, lack of evidence, and references to my husband's public office indicate that Natalia is participating in a commissioned campaign and is not a victim of a fabricated 'raiding', as she initially wanted to present it. She is an executive instrument», - believes the head of the 'Feel' NGO.
Pyshna emphasizes that all charitable contributions received by the 'Feel' NGO were distributed among designated beneficiaries, which Zabolotna mentions in her statements. The organization is also ready to provide copies of contracts and acceptance certificates.
As a reminder, at the beginning of February, Natalia Zabolotna accused Ludmyla Pyshna of seizing the Art Ukraine gallery located in the 'Domosphere' shopping center.
Pyshna denies any agreements with Zabolotna and states that the latter is trying to involve her in the situation regarding the continuation of contractual relations between the 'Domosphere' shopping center.
