According to Espreso.tv: Retired Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel Vladyslav Seleznyov has reported a sharp decline in humanitarian conditions in Russian-occupied Crimea, particularly in the city of Sevastopol. According to him, the region is facing severe fuel shortages, forcing local businesses to halt operations. Additionally, many areas across Crimea are experiencing extended blackouts.

In Yevpatoria, electricity is available for only a few hours per day, severely disrupting daily life for residents. Seleznyov attributed the crisis to systematic strikes by Ukrainian defense forces targeting the energy infrastructure that supports Russian occupation troops.
