New Safe Educational Facility Inaugurated in Pisochyn
According to Espreso.tv: A secure educational space has been launched in Pisochyn, designed to accommodate 260 children. The facility features:
- 8 classrooms
- a medical station
- a dining area
- additional amenities
The project cost 168 million hryvnias, funded by national, regional, and local budgets. Over 250 applications for enrollment have already been submitted for this institution.
Key Features of the New Structure
According to Oleh Syniehubov, the protective building includes not only learning spaces but also a medical station, a dining room, sanitary facilities, and showers. The structure operates autonomously thanks to two centralized power sources and two generators.
In a separate initiative, the project also introduced Ukraine's first specialized group for children with special educational needs.
This new educational space in Pisochyn marks a significant step forward for the region's educational infrastructure, particularly given today's challenges. By creating a safe learning environment that includes tailored provisions for children with special needs, the project underscores a commitment to inclusivity and accessible education. It could serve as a model for other regions in Ukraine pursuing similar initiatives.
