Among those who have endured these harrowing circumstances is Andrii Verviiko, who is currently undergoing recovery at the 'Superhumans' center. He joined the military at just 18 years old, and his story now stands as a testament to resilience and the hope for healing.

Another serviceman, Oleksandr Melnyk, enlisted in 2018. In May 2023, he was wounded near Bakhmut, and his evacuation took several hours under relentless shelling. Melnyk stresses the critical role of technology in modern combat:

He also notes that the state provided him with his first prosthetic limb, and he has not accepted anything else since.
