The government approved the Digital Development Strategy for Innovations in Ukraine (WinWin) until 2030
The government has approved the Digital Development Strategy for Innovations in Ukraine until 2030, which outlines the main areas of state policy in the field of innovative products, goods, and services. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
The minister explained that the strategy includes steps that need to be taken for the rapid development of the innovation sector.
The strategy provides for the development of the following areas:
- AUV - unmanned technologies
- Semi-conductors - used in cars, phones, and computers
- GreenTech - green ecological technologies
- AI - artificial intelligence
- MedTech - technologies in medicine
- BioTech - biotechnological technologies
- DefenseTech - defense technologies
- Secure Cyber Space - cybersecurity
- XR - extended reality technologies (VR, AR, and MR)
- AgriTech - agricultural technologies
- Fluid Economy - economy without borders
- Edtech - development of the education system
'We will create conditions for opening new markets in these areas and simplifying access to funding. Also in focus is the development of human capital, effective management, and protection of intellectual property. An important part is international cooperation and the launch of WINWIN Centres of Excellence for each sector. Centres of Excellence within the WINWIN strategy are special spaces where experts, resources, and innovations combine to develop key industries and implement advanced technologies,' Fedorov noted.
The minister emphasized that entrepreneurs will be able to create innovative products for their benefit right in Ukraine. This will allow for the development of defense technologies, improve quality of life, and build the most convenient digital state in the world.
