The State Property Fund of Ukraine is trying to sell apartments in Odesa that once belonged to Russian oligarch Mykhailo Shelkov and the Gauleiter of the occupied territories of Kherson, Volodymyr Saldo. These properties, located near the Arcadia beach, will be auctioned on April 17. The total area of the apartments ranges from 128.5 to 175.5 square meters, and their price ranges from 3.7 to 7.5 million hryvnias. It is worth noting that Volodymyr Saldo held the position of Gauleiter of the Kherson region during the period of the Russian invasion, for which he was sentenced to 15 years in prison for treason. As for Mykhailo Shelkov, he is accused of being involved in schemes to supply titanium raw materials from Ukraine to Russia. Therefore, the assets of these collaborators have now come under state management.
