According to The Sun: Russian forces delivered devastating strikes on the Ukrainian capital, firing nearly 500 drones and 40 rockets over 10 hours. These attacks resulted in the deaths of two people and numerous injuries. President Zelensky believes that this is a 'response to peace' from Putin, during a conversation with the Prime Minister of Canada on the eve of important negotiations at Mar-a-Lago with Trump.
President Zelensky stated that such attacks indicate Russia's aggressive intentions.
Amid constant threats, Ukraine continues to fight for its independence in response to aggression from the neighboring state.
These events highlight the tension in the region and the relevance of international efforts to resolve the conflict. Despite the brutal attacks, Ukrainians continue to show resilience in their struggle for freedom and independence.
