On April 4, in Donetsk, 9 children were killed after a shelling of a residential area, one of whom was 3-year-old Tymofiy. This boy was a great lover of space and had a lot of knowledge about planets. This was told by his grandfather Vitaliy. Tymofiy's grandmother also suffered injuries and underwent two surgeries.

Also, on April 4, another person who was injured in the missile attack in Kryvyi Rih died. As a result of this attack, 20 people were killed, and 74 were injured, including children. Russian terrorist attacks caused significant destruction of apartment buildings, private homes, educational and cultural institutions, business facilities, and vehicles. The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission called this attack the largest in terms of the number of children killed. A Day of Mourning has been declared in Ukraine in memory of the victims of the attack.
