According to Novyny.live: Residents of Lviv will see no increase in housing, utility, or public transport fares in February 2026. The current prices will remain fixed at least until the end of the heating season, which concludes on April 30, 2026. Public Transport Fares and Utility Service Charges
Public transport fares will not change. Starting February 1, 2026, a single cash fare will be 25 hryvnias. Passengers using the 'LeoCard' or its mobile app will pay a reduced fare of 17 hryvnias. Payment by bank card or NFC device will cost 20 hryvnias. Traveling without a valid ticket may result in a fine of 400 hryvnias.

- The cost of electricity in Lviv from February 1 will be 4.32 hryvnias per kWh, with a night tariff of 2.16 hryvnias per kWh.

- The wastewater disposal tariff will be 8.59 hryvnias per cubic meter.
For context, in the nearby town of Busk, water supply prices from the start of 2026 are significantly higher at 56.92 hryvnias per cubic meter, with wastewater disposal at 27.38 hryvnias per cubic meter.
