Lviv Region: Occupiers struck critical infrastructure (updated).
Last night, the Lviv region was attacked by drones and cruise missiles. This was reported by Maxim Kozytsky, the head of the regional military administration.
“According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries. Thank you to our air defense for this,” the message states.
The attack was directed at critical infrastructure, but fortunately, people and buildings remained unharmed. A rescue operation is currently underway at the scene.
Other attacks across Ukraine
There was also a large attack in the cities of Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, in Kyiv region, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv region, and in Kyiv, where residents sought shelter in the metro and other safe places.
Powerful explosions occurred in Mykolaiv, the city became the target of a ballistic strike. Russian troops also shelled Zaporizhzhia and caused a fire in Poltava region. Additionally, extremists carried out a terrorist attack in Cherkasy region, affecting the civilian population and infrastructure.
The news about the attacks on Lviv region and other areas of Ukraine is alarming. It is important that human casualties and serious destruction were avoided due to the actions of the air defense and the quick response of rescue services. Now, it is necessary in Ukraine to maintain a high level of readiness and respond to any threats to the safety of the population.
