Fastiv Completely Without Electricity After Attack: When Will the City Get Power Back.
According to ТСН: The city of Fastiv in the Kyiv region is left without electricity due to enemy attacks on the night of November 29.
Restoration of Electricity Supply
The head of Kyiv OVA Mykola Kalashnik reported:
“We are restoring electricity supply in Fastiv. The city was completely de-energized as a result of the enemy attack. The closest villages are already supplied with electricity. In Fastiv itself, by the end of the day (November 30 — Ed.) we will switch to the power supply schedule. Nearly 80 energy workers are working here almost around the clock.”
He also noted that over the past day, electricity was restored to 170,000 homes in the Kyiv region. However, after the electricity supply was restored, the networks experienced overloads, which led to the necessity of emergency outages in the Bucha, Obukhiv, and Fastiv regions.
Status of the Injured
Mykola Kalashnik also reported on the situation in the Vyshhorod hospital, where 11 adults and two children are currently staying. Another woman born in 1990 sought help after the last attack.
“In Vyshhorod, work continues in the apartment building that was most affected. Currently, crews are continuing to clear out the burned apartments.”
Consequences of the Attacks
We remind you that as a result of enemy drone strikes on the night of November 30, one person was killed in Vyshhorod, and 19 others, including four children, were injured. It has been confirmed that Vyshhorod was attacked by 'Shahed' drones equipped with cluster munitions.
This night attack demonstrates how serious the situation remains in the region. After restoring electricity, local authorities are focused on working with those affected by the shelling and their treatment. Alarming news about attacks keeps residents vigilant and uniting to overcome difficulties together.
