Slovak President Peter Pellegrini also spoke about the necessity of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv and the possibility of territorial concessions from Ukraine. President Zelensky plans to have the first negotiations to end the war with Donald Trump, and after that with Vladimir Putin.
