Massive Drone Assault

According to Novyny.live: On June 10, 2023, Russian forces launched a large-scale drone attack targeting the Dnipropetrovsk region. The assault, which struck Pavlohrad and the Kryvyi Rih district, resulted in civilian casualties.

Impact of the Strikes

In Pavlohrad, 12 people were injured, including a 13-year-old boy and men aged 43, 44, and 79. These incidents highlight how Russian military actions inflict severe harm not only on troops but also on innocent civilians. In the Kryvyi Rih district, shelling left two men wounded.

While firefighters were extinguishing a blaze in the Nikopol district, Russian forces attacked them with FPV drones, raising serious concerns about the safety of emergency workers trying to assist victims. Since the start of the week, Russian troops have struck Ukraine with nearly 530 attack drones and two cruise missiles, causing damage to both human life and infrastructure.

In total, 11 Ukrainian regions came under fire, damaging agricultural enterprises and critical infrastructure. Additionally, over the past day, Russian forces targeted 46 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, wounding 10 more people. These events underscore the gravity of the situation in Ukraine and the ongoing threats posed by the aggressor.

These latest attacks signal an escalation of violence in the region and highlight the serious challenges faced by Ukrainian forces and the civilian population alike.

The rising number of injured civilians and rescuers calls into question the safety of areas where rescue operations are underway and worsens the humanitarian crisis. The duration and intensity of the strikes reflect the aggressor's strategy, raising international concern and potentially prompting new initiatives to protect civilians.
