Tracking Hostile Drones Across Ukraine

According to Espreso.tv: Ukraine's Air Force is actively monitoring a major incursion of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Swarms of drones have been detected in multiple regions, including:

  • Sumy
  • Zaporizhzhia
  • Odesa
  • Chernihiv
  • Dnipro
  • Kharkiv
  • Mykolaiv

At 7:40 PM, a new wave of attack drones entered Sumy region from Russia's Kursk Oblast. By 9:40 PM, these UAVs were reported moving from Sumy toward Kyiv region via southern Chernihiv. At 9:54 PM, a group of drones redirected from Sumy toward Poltava, and by 10:33 PM, an attack drone was spotted over the city of Sumy. Meanwhile, at 7:41 PM, a separate drone group headed toward Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro, and at 7:45 PM, enemy UAVs were tracked approaching Odesa from the Black Sea.

Additionally, at 8:16 PM, hostile drones from the Black Sea advanced north along the border between Mykolaiv and Odesa regions. By 8:47 PM, they were detected in Odesa region west of the regional center, near Dachne. At 10:17 PM, an attack drone from the Black Sea area set course for Tatarbunary. At 8:17 PM, drone groups near Romny moved westward toward Chernihiv region. By 10:12 PM, UAV clusters were observed in Chernihiv region near Baturyn, Borzna, and Korop, and at 10:32 PM, several groups were recorded near Chernihiv city, Mena, Koriukivka, and Kholm.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, guided aerial bomb launches were recorded at 9:39 PM, followed by jet-powered drones approaching Dnipro from the east at 9:48 PM and 9:55 PM. At 10:07 PM, one drone was near Petrykivka heading north, but soon changed course toward Dnipro. At 10:13 PM, more guided bomb launches were detected in the Dnipropetrovsk area. At 10:16 PM, an attack drone was spotted north of Mykolaiv.

Why This Monitoring Matters

The sustained and widespread use of enemy drones across Ukraine signals an escalation in hostile operations, posing a serious threat to multiple regions. Ukraine's Air Force continues to track these movements and respond to dangers, highlighting the critical role of air defense systems in modern warfare. Real-time surveillance of hostile UAVs enables swift protective measures for key infrastructure and civilian populations.
