Recovery works after missile-dron attack
According to inkorr.com: As of 14:30, restoration works continue in all affected regions of Ukraine after the massive attack on energy facilities. This information was made public by
"Glavkom", citing data from the Ministry of Energy.
Due to the situation, emergency power outages have been implemented in the city of Kyiv and in Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions. In Chernihiv region, hourly outage schedules are still in effect.
Strike on the energy system
Energy workers managed to partially reduce the volume of emergency restrictions for consumers in the Kharkiv region thanks to the conducted works. In the Cherkasy region, power supplies have been fully restored.
Recall that on the night of October 10, the Russian Federation again delivered a massive strike on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, which occurred on the anniversary of the first shelling of the energy system started by the occupiers in 2022.
President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that overnight Russia launched an attack on the Ukrainian energy system, using over 450 drones and more than 30 missiles.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha urged international partners to respond to Russia's strikes on the critically important civilian infrastructure of the country.
After the massive missile-dron attack on energy facilities in Ukraine, restoration work continues in the affected regions.
