According to UATV: Ukraine's Ministry of Defense is working with SpaceX to address the issue of Russian drones using the Starlink satellite system for communication. On January 29, 2023, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov expressed concern that Russian drones were utilizing Starlink to coordinate missions over Ukrainian cities.
