Mobilized Man Recorded Video with Injured Face — TCC Responded.
Recently, a video appeared online where a mobilized man from Rivne region, with an injured face, addresses his wife, hinting at being beaten in the Territorial Recruitment Center. Later, the Rivne TCC explained this incident.
The respective post with an explanation of the situation was published by the Rivne Regional TCC and SP on Facebook.
In the message, the TCC states that on August 6, 2025, around 00:20, a mobilized citizen was brought to the Rivne district TCC and SP accompanied by law enforcement officers, who were concerned about his state.
According to available information, he behaved aggressively, illogically, did not respond to remarks, and attempted to leave the military facility without permission.
'During an attempt to escape, the mentioned citizen lost his balance, fell, and suffered facial injuries. Later, he began to record his condition on camera and share videos with comments that misrepresent the incident and attempt to create a false impression of unlawful actions by TCC and SP employees', the Rivne TCC explains.
The TCC also stated that all actions of the citizen were recorded on the body cameras of the National Police of Ukraine employees. A service investigation is underway to clarify the causes and circumstances of the incident. An appeal to citizens to avoid aggressive behavior when fulfilling legal requirements.
New TCC Requirement: Wearing Body Cameras
We remind you that starting from September 1, all TCC employees are required to wear body cameras and record videos during the delivery of summonses. People's Deputy Serhiy Yevtushok explained the advantages of this innovation for employees of territorial recruitment centers.
In connection with the video published by the mobilized man, the beating at the TCC arose, but the institution responded that the situation was provoked by the citizen's behavior, who attempted to leave the military facility without permission. The actions indicated are recorded by body cameras for the national law enforcement agencies to establish all the circumstances of the incident. The TCC urged citizens to refrain from aggressive behavior and comply with legal requirements.
