Moldova has made a clear statement about terminating the activities of the Russian cultural center after a Russian drone violated the country's airspace. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has violated the agreement on the establishment and functioning of cultural centers, signed in 1998.
The Russian cultural center in Moldova, including the 'Russian House', must cease its activities after the termination process is completed.
The center promotes Russian culture and popularizes the Russian language.
A drone was recently spotted near the village of Salchia in the Taraclia district, close to the border with Ukraine.
The Russian ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova. The Ministry expresses concern and condemns the violations of airspace by drones that were launched after Russian attacks in southern Ukraine.
This is not the first Time that Russian targets have violated Moldova's airspace. Earlier, Moldovan President Maia Sandu stated that a Russian missile had violated Moldova's airspace.
