In Odesa region, a teenager died while taking pictures with a rifle.
A tragedy occurred in the Odesa region, resulting in the death of a 16-year-old boy from a gunshot wound during a photo session. According to the National Police of the Odesa region, two teenagers went to a quarry to engage in shooting. During the photoshoot, one of them accidentally fired the gun, injuring his friend. The boy's body was found the next day after a local resident reported the incident. An investigation is currently underway, including examinations of the weapon and the body of the deceased.
The police urge parents to supervise their children's leisure time and teach them the rules for handling dangerous objects. In case of discovering weapons or other hazardous substances, children should immediately report this by calling 102 or 101.
In another case, in the Prymorskyi district of Odesa, the body of a 1-year-old boy with thermal burns was found. His relatives did not seek medical help and left him in a helpless state, leading to the child's death. Relatives have been detained and charges have been brought under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Also, in Kyiv, a woman beat her 69-year-old mother to death.
